Advantages
	- More democratically produced
 
	- More credible due to more stakeholder involvement and expanded dialogue
 
	- More data is always better than less data
 
	
Disadvantages
	- Approaches, other than traditional evaluations, are unknown and thereby suspect
 
	- The values of inclusive evaluation can be threatening to some stakeholders such as those with power
 
	- Value commitments are not consonant
 
	- Considerable stakeholder disengagement and apathy exist
